260 Signal Squadron (SAM) - Photo Quiz

  Arabian Knights

Tony Sherriff's Arabian Knights

This newspaper cutting of an Open Day at Shoeburyness was sent in by Tony Sherriff and includes a number of guys from the Squadron.

The caption reads "Lady Topless-Brown with parasol saved from a fate worse than death at the hands of genuine bedouin A-rabs" by brave British Soldiers at the Garrison.

By the way that includes the A-rabs so who was the cross dresser in the Squadron?

We need your help to identify everyone in this photograph. So far we are only able to identify two faces number (21) John Taylor and (22) Tony Sherriff.

Due to the poor quality of the image it is unlikely that we will be able to identify everyone in this photo but I am hoping someone recalls participating in this event and can identify themselves from this image. I also hope someone may own an original copy of the photo and can send us a copy..

How many faces do you recognise?
